Erik is a highly accomplished sales professional with a proven track record of delivering results for over two decades. His expertise in sales and negotiating has been honed since his early career days, where he developed a passion for tile work while selling mason supplies in his family-owned stone masonry business. While working there, he put himself through law school, which equipped him with valuable skills in communication and negotiation that he brings to his current role as a real estate salesperson.

Apart from sales, Erik has also gained extensive experience in leasing and managing multi-family properties. He has also refurbished several homes in the Jersey Shore and Northern New Jersey, his place of origin.

Erik is a proud father of two adult children whom he raised in Sea Girt and Wall Township, NJ. His involvement in their extracurricular activities allowed him to develop strong relationships and ties to the community. Erik and his wife continue to reside in Sea Girt, where they enjoy going to the beach, playing tennis, and caring for their two dogs. His unique combination of experience, instinct, and passion makes him a valuable asset to any real estate transaction.

Erik holds several certifications, including being a Certified Municipal Court Administrator and a Certified Advanced Negotiations and Skills Negotiator. He is also a former Court Administrator and Board Member of South Wall Little League. Erik is trilingual and speaks English, Spanish, and Italian.
