Diane McGregor was excellent. I needed to find a home for my parents ASAP and Diane found the perfect place and made it happen. She was on top of the deal and excellent with communicating. I would not advise using Allison Gregory! I had a very disturbing and horrible experience from Allison who acted very unprofessional to me. After I chose to cancel two contracts with her she called me on October 7, 2022 on the telephone raised her voice at me and said “ You are wasting my time” . I told her calmly I am interested in the previous house, she proceeded to tell me to get another realtor she has no interest in representing me any longer. This was very upsetting to me as I thought she was a professional realtor. I am an FHA buyer, in recent markets it’s been difficult to get my offer excepted against cash buyers . I was forced to secure the services of another realtor from century 21 who helped me to purchase the home only to find out that Allison Gregory called my new realtor and threatened to file an injunction to stop the sale unless she received commission from my purchase. This is an outrageous and unprofessional act by Allison who is obviously not in the business to help people at all. Her claims were outrageous her actions totally unprofessional. . I strongly recommend not to use Allison Gregory as your realtor. This is my experience
