Bill Holtz has been with Resources Real Estate since 2021, building upon a long career centered on providing outstanding client service.
Prior to joining Resources, where he is a member of the company's Million Dollar League, Bill was a partner and client lead with multiple award-winning public relations and marketing agencies. He brings the same knowledge and skills in showcasing some of the world's most recognizable brands to his client's properties, so they may receive the greatest exposure and best advantage in a competitive marketplace.

Bill serves residential clients and has specialized particularly in beachfront properties.

A resident of West Long Branch for more than 20 years, and a longtime member of Deal Casino Beach Club, Bill is a fan of Monmouth County's great beaches and craft breweries. He is a graduate of Fordham University and is based in the Rumson office.
