Thomas "Tom" McCormack is a Monmouth County real estate broker, co-owner, and senior partner of Resources Real Estate, based in Rumson, New Jersey. Licensed since 2002, Tom has spent his entire real estate career with Resources Real Estate, first as a sales associate and, since 2010, as a broker-owner helping lead the company's growth, marketing, culture, and client service standards.

Tom represents buyers, sellers, developers, investors, and luxury clients throughout Monmouth County and the Jersey Shore, including Rumson, Fair Haven, Little Silver, Middletown, Monmouth Beach, Sea Bright, Highlands, Atlantic Highlands, Spring Lake, Sea Girt, Manasquan, Colts Neck, and surrounding communities.
