Trish McDerby has been a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey since 2004. She chose to become a member of Resources Real Estate because of its stellar reputation as an Independent Brokerage and a family of dedicated and knowledgeable professionals.

Having had the pleasure of growing up in Monmouth County, Trish is passionate about the place she calls home. As a lifelong resident, she has experienced the benefits of growing up here and raising her family in this wonderful community. From the highly rated schools to the miles of sandy beaches, the exceptional theaters to the green pastures of our gorgeous horse country, Trish knows that Monmouth and Ocean counties have so much to offer.

The proximity to New York City is another bonus that keeps this magnificent area a desirable place to call home. Prior to her career in real estate, she worked for New Jersey Transit in Newark and had firsthand experience with the easy commute on the North Jersey Coast Line.

Additionally, having achieved a teaching degree from Monmouth University and eventually achieving a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Trish once again has firsthand insight into Monmouth County's award-winning schools and the dedicated professionals that keep this community booming.
