Broker Associate JoAnn Adams has been a real estate professional for more than 30 years, and as a resident of the Red Bank area for almost 40 years, she has a comprehensive, first-hand knowledge of the charms of local communities and the nuances of the real estate market. Her entire professional career has been oriented toward real estate, serving as a lobbyist for the home building industry, and as a mortgage broker at Larson Financial Resources.

JoAnn joined the Resources Real Estate team because she recognized it as a visionary and progressive company where she can support clients' needs with her expertise in the Monmouth County real estate market. "I enjoy working closely with my buyer clients to find just the right home, and working with sellers to market their home to achieve the best price in a timely manner." With her professional, can-do attitude and positive outlook, Jo Ann makes what could be a stressful process fun and productive, borne out by the number of repeat clients and referrals.

JoAnn has her North Carolina Real Estate License as well and when not working, she can often be found on the beach, biking or on the pickleball court.
