I’m Samuel Oncea (but please call me “Sam”), a real estate professional from Fair Haven, NJ, with a background in both engineering and IT sales. I graduated from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) with an engineering degree, which has given me a strong attention to detail and a knack for solving problems. My journey also led me into IT sales, where I gained valuable experience in understanding what clients need and building lasting relationships.
I specialize in waterfront properties, whether they’re commercial or residential. Having spent a significant amount of my life sailing on merchant ships around the world as well as enjoying time on my own boat, I know how special it is to live on or in close proximity to the water. It has also made me greatly appreciate having a great home to return to. Helping others find that perfect place, no matter where it might be located, is something I truly enjoy. As I often say, "There’s nothing quite like coming home to a place that feels just right."
When I’m not working, I’m passionate about sports—especially football and baseball—and I absolutely love sailing. I’ve been involved with the New Jersey Yacht Racing Association (NJYRA) for years, and being out on the water is one of the best ways for me to relax. Whether it’s in my work or personal life, I always bring dedication, enthusiasm, and a personal touch to everything I do.
