Christopher Havens is a real estate professional committed to
representing buyers and sellers in Red Bank and vicinity, where he lives
with his wife and son on the Westside. Involved with the local
government, working with both the historic and new West Side
community and supporting the arts, he has a wide network.
Chris studies his markets daily - house by house, tracking the market
for clients and publishing a monthly newsletter about the community.
He’s worked with countless buyers and renters in his career. His long
brokerage experience representing property owners makes him an
ideal choice for sellers as well.
In his 40-year career, he has sold houses and apartments in
Red Bank, Manhattan and Brooklyn, developed affordable housing in
Brooklyn, and helped lead the expansion of creative office, artist and
maker spaces throughout that borough.
He is a supporter of the County Basie Theater, the YMCA, the T. Thomas Fortune Cultural Center,
and Lunch Break. The Havens family loves the County’s incredible park system and beaches.
His intimate knowledge of Red Bank's Westside makes him a strong
guide for buyers. Bringing his project management skills to bear on the
home sale process, Havens helps homeowners and buyers achieve their
personal goals. He holds an M.A. in Urban Planning from Hunter
College/CUNY and a B.A. from Macalester College.
